OBJECTIVES OF THE SERVICE

To provide basic concepts on the capability and statistical control of SPC processes allowing technicians:

To make operators aware of the value of the SPC
To put the SPC tool to everyday use in order to identify actions relating to the management of production processes and anticipate machine drifts (using control charts)
To use capability indicators to influence the process and develop control charts
