Joachim Bayle De Jesse, training project manager. Always happy to help, Joachim works mainly in Normandy/High France/Central Loire Valley as well as South Mayenne and South Sarthe. He can provide you with the necessary information on our courses and draw up quotations and training programs. He will support you throughout the life cycle of your project.

Cindy Lapoirie is our sales and communication coordinator. She acts as a sedentary sales representative and supports customers throughout France in the implementation of their training programmes. She is also the main contact person for customers and partners. Cindy also draws up and monitors the sales action plan in relation to the communication actions implemented throughout the year and the creation of paper and digital communication media.

Marine Urien is a project manager and coordinator in charge of Brittany, Pays de la Loire and northern part of the Nouvelle Aquitaine. Marine can help you with all your machining training projects. She is also your main contact for certification training courses (CQPM – Certificat de Qualification Paritaire de la Métallurgie – Joint Qualification Certificates of the Metal industry) and “long” courses for employees or job seekers. She has all the information you need to implement this type of project (e.g. as part of a professionalisation contract). Her advice is invaluable to ensuring a successful certification training project.

THE TEAM OF TRAINERS

Our team consists of 8 permanent trainers, all from the machining trades. Their respective professional experiences allow them to know perfectly the constraints of the workshops and the difficulties that can be encountered. Today, due to their multiple interventions in various companies gives them the advantage of a global vision of different production methods, machined materials, equipment used but also different organizations and corporate culture.
They speak the same language as their interlocutors, dialogue and trust are quickly established. Our team allows us to offer a wide range of skills in the field of machining and in particular in turning, milling, numerical controls, electro erosion wire and sinking, cylindrical and plane grinding, inter and exter but also in the field of tooling and CAD / CAM. Of course, all our trainers provide the necessary training for the machining profession, whether it is reading plan, materials, cutting techniques, machining ranges, etc. Your representative is chosen to meet your training needs perfectly. in machining.
