FEECS – Specialists in machining training

We are specialists in machining training and deliver courses either at your premises throughout France and French-speaking countries (see our INTRA training courses) or at our training centre in Le Mans (72) which is equipped with a 200 m² workshop and 2 training rooms (see our INTER training courses)

Our training courses cover the following technologies: milling, turning, electro-erosion, grinding, adjustment and assembly, CAD/CAM. We work with FANUC, SIEMENS, MAZATROL, HEIDENHAIN, NUM and FAGOR numerical control systems, among others.

We provide companies with solutions that aim to optimise their performance, from basic training on the machining profession to programming the most complex machines (twin-spindle/twin turret lathes, high-speed machining centres, 5 axes, etc.) and optimising production.

We offer both one-time and certification training (See our CQPM – Certificat de Qualification Paritaire de la Métallurgie – Joint Qualification Certificates of the Metal industry)

Benefiting from a perfect “trade” culture, our trainers provide you with a transversal view of all functions (programmer, operator, trimmer, manager) across your production and industrialisation processes. In addition to training, FEECS also offers complete industrialisation and technical/diagnostic support services.

FEECS Key dates

1994

Foundation of FEECS

Founded in 1994 by Jacques Cudot, its current manager, FEECS began by offering training and technical support in relation to EDM.

2004

Diversification

The company, which has 6 employees, moves to new premises complete with a large training room and workshop.
FEECS extends its fields of expertise to all machining professions.

2014

Certifications

As a recognised player in the field of machining training, FEECS becomes OPQF certified (Office professionnel de qualification des organismes de formation – French Professional Organization for the Certification of Training Organizations), a guarantee of the quality of its services.
FEECS also develops certification training courses (CQPM – Certificat de Qualification Paritaire de la Métallurgie – Joint Qualification Certificates of the Metal industry).

2017

A key player

A recognised player in the field of machining training, it has a team of 10 trainers working throughout France along with a team of administrative and sales staff dedicated to the successful implementation of courses.
An additional training room is created to accommodate up to 8 trainees.

A team of 8 permanent trainers with solid production experience.

Experience with the main CAD/CAM and simulation software: Missler, GO2cam, Mastercam, NXCam, Delcam, ESPRIT, NCSimul and Vericut.

Technical mastery of machines from the most standard to the most complex: 3, 4 or 5 axes, HSM, twin-spindle/twin turret lathes, etc.

Knowledge of most CNCs: Fagor, Fanuc (Manual guide), Heidenhain, Mazak, Num, Siemens (ShopMill and ShopTurn), Haas, etc.

Partnerships with machine tool manufacturers (GF Machining Solutions), machine dealers and training centres (e.g. CFP [Conseil Formation Plasturgie – Centre for Plastics Processing Training] training centre)

ALL OVER FRANCE

Our offices are located in Le Mans, but our trainers come from all over France: we can work at your site, wherever that may be, and we do everything we can to create proximity. Our services also extend beyond mainland France to French-speaking countries, so do not hesitate to get in touch with your requirements!
