INTER-COMPANY TRAINING

Training on machines

Inter-company training courses take place at our offices in Le Mans, 41 rue des Acacias.
We have 2 training rooms equipped with video projectors and a workshop spanning more than 200 m2, complete with a wide range of machines.

 

Our machine fleet

  • 1 EMCO CONCEPT MILL 450 5-axis machining centre (with divider) with SIEMENS 840D CNC or HEIDENHAIN iTNC 530 CNC
  • 1 HARDINGE 2-axis lathe with FANUC CNC
  • 1 SPINNER 2-axis lathe with SIEMENS 840D CNC
  • 1 MAZAK 2-axis QT 10 lathe
  • 1 Charmilles ROBOFORM 20 sinking EDM
  • 1 FANUC Alpha wire EDM machine

For training on the basics of turning, milling and grinding:

  • 2 DUFOUR 52 and 53 milling machines
  • 2 RAMO T36 and T 37 lathes & 1 ARROW lathe
  • A STUDER RHU 500 & A BLOHM-PICCOLO grinding machine

Trade-specific and machining training is provided through the use of technical support materials: part drawings, inspection tools, assembly and adjustment tools, plastic injection moulds, polishing tools, etc. We put emphasis on practice in the workshop with concrete examples.

Training in CNC programming

In addition, we are equipped with numerical control simulators (computers) that allow us to provide training on NUM, SIEMENS, FAGOR, FANUC, HEIDENHAIN and MAZATROL programming.

Practical information

The training centre is located very close to the train station and close to the city centre. Car parking is available. Lunch provided by FEECS is usually eaten with the trainer in a nearby restaurant to encourage further discussion. We recommend that our trainees come equipped with their PPE (safety shoes and glasses).
